CRAB CAKES 
2 lb. crabmeat
1 med. onion, chopped
1/8 c. parsley, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix above ingredients, shapes into patties, bread lightly with bread crumbs and broil until brown. (Not necessary to flip over during broiling process.)
