CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans cream style corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. plain cornmeal
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped & seeded
2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix corn, eggs, baking powder, oil, cornmeal, pepper and salt. Stir in cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake until done in center.
