MICRO AND GRILLED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. oil
1 rounded tsp. minced garlic (optional)

Poke fork holes in cleaned potatoes and cook in microwave on high for approximately 20 minutes. Slice lengthwise in half. Slice each half into 1/2 inch strips. Mix garlic and oil. Using basting brush, coat potatoes with garlic oil. Spray grill top with Pam or wipe with oil. Continue cooking potatoes on grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
