GRILLED POTATO PATTIES 
4 med. potatoes
Salt water
1/4 c. green onion
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook potatoes in boiling water until barely tender. Drain. Cool until you can hold one. Peel. Grate on medium grater. Add green onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Flour your hands once in awhile, if needed. Place in greased wire hamburger basket. Grill over moderate heat about 7 minutes per side. Brush with butter occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
