SPICY RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
1/4 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, cornstarch, mustard and cloves. Blend in lemon juice and water; stir until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thick. Add raisins and butter. Cook about 10 minutes to plump raisins. Serve hot with ham. Yield 1 cup.
