SOUR CREAM RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour boiling water over 1/2 cup raisins and let stand 10 minutes. Drain well. Combine raisins, sour cream, salt, horseradish and lemon juice. Chill and serve over ham. (Makes about 2 cups.)
