RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4-1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/4 c. mild vinegar
1 3/4 c. water

Mix dry ingredients. Add raisins, vinegar, and water. Stir over low heat until it forms a syrup. May be served hot or cold. Delicious with any cold meat.
