OYSTER PUDDING 
Trenton "OTC" crackers, 2 pkgs.
1 can oysters
2 sticks butter
Salt
Pepper
Milk

In medium casserole, crush a layer of OTC crackers. (Approximately 1" thick.) Place 5 to 6 oysters on crackers and 6 to 8 pats of butter, salt and pepper to taste. Continue to layer crackers, oysters, butter, salt and pepper. Last layer is crackers. Pour oyster juice over layers. Pour milk over layers until you see milk through crackers. Allow to sit for about an hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
