SHRIMP WITH SEAFOOD BUTTER SAUCE 
2 lbs. jumbo shrimp (unshelled)
Cooked long grain rice
Melted butter

MARINADE;
1 c. olive oil
1 c. sherry
1 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate shrimp 45 minutes.

Combine and melt sauce ingredients in pan. Keep warm, stirring occasionally.

Grill shrimp on a skewer for 10 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice with melted butter on the side.

SEAFOOD BUTTER SAUCE:

1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
