RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients and cook until raisins are tender and mixture thickens. Serve warm with ham.
