RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Slowly add 2 tablespoons vinegar and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind (optional), 1 1/2 cups water, and 1/3 cup seedless raisins. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
