LEMONY CREAM CHEESE SQUARES 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (4 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and butter; mix well. Press mixture on bottom and sides of lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Beat in sugar. Add salt, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Gently fold in whipped topping; spoon filling into crust. Chill at least 6 hours. Makes 9 servings.
