CHRISTMAS MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup dried stuffing
1 egg
1/3 cup pureed cranberries
salt and pepper to, taste
1 tbsp. liquid smoke (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Using napkin, generously coat inside of bread pan with butter. Enough to cover completely. Cook on rack, placed in the middle of oven. Time varies, cook until turkey is no longer pinkish. Approx 35 to 45 minutes at 350°F.

This meat dish goes very well with leftover turkey, stuffing, and cranberries. Add a side dish of asparagus or brussel sprouts to complete.
