DILL PICKLES - KOSHER STYLE 
Med. size cucumbers
Brine (1 c. salt, 8 c. water)
Vinegar solution (2 c. white vinegar, 3 c. water)
2 tsp. mixed pickling spices
Several small bunches dill
2 garlic
2 sm. hot peppers

Soak medium size cucumbers 24 hours in brine. Remove from brine and dry. Make vinegar solution. Add pickling spices and dill. Let mixture come to boil. Add cucumber and take from heat. Into each quart jar place 2 garlic and 2 small hot peppers. Pack cucumbers in jar along with at least 1 small dill. Put vinegar back on stove and bring to a boil. Pour over cucumbers in jar and seal.
