CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
Steak of choice
1 c. fine saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion or celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Mix cracker crumbs, lemon pepper, salt, and flour. Coat steaks and fry in butter. In saucepan, mix soups, cheese, and milk. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. In 9 x 13 inch pan, place fried steaks and cover with sauce mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. For a complete meal, refrigerator biscuits may be placed on top and baked until brown.
