SWEET + SOUR MIXED VEGETABLES 
20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and cooled
1 can red kidney beans, drain + wash
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Mix vegetables and let cool.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 heaping tbsp. flour

Cook and cool the above, then mix with vegetables and refrigerate.
