3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
3 c. oatmeal
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa and sugar in saucepan. Add milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, bring to rolling boil and boil for exactly 3 minutes. Take off stove and add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir quickly and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
