SOUR CREAM CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
1/8 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. each shortening and butter

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic and pepper. Add chicken to mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Roll chicken in crumbs. Melt butter and shortening. Spoon half over chicken. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour remaining butter and shortening over chicken. Let stand for 10 minutes.
