SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
2 (30 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter, melted Combine above ingredients and place into greased baking dish. TOPPING: 2 c. pecans 2 c. brown sugar 2/3 stick butter 2/3 c. flour Mix ingredients well and place topping on mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. |
