SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
2 cans sweet potatoes 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 c. milk 1 stick butter Dash cinnamon Mix all ingredients together in mixer. This mixture will be thin. Pour into 3 quart casserole. For the topping mix together: 2 c. brown sugar 2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. flour 1 c. melted butter Mix until crumbly. Crumble topping mixture over the sweet potato mixture. Temperature: 350 degrees. Time: 40-45 minutes. |
