SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
3/4 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter, melted
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix well and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
