GERMAN EGG NOG 
1 qt. brandy
1 qt. coffee cream (1/2 & 1/2)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
6 egg yolks

Boil cream, sugar and vanilla 10 minutes. Beat egg yolks. Stir into cooled cream mixture. Add 1 quart brandy. Strain. Makes 2 quarts. Set for 1 week before drinking. Keep refrigerated.
