EGG NOG 
1 doz. egg yolks, beaten
1 doz. egg whites, beat until fluffy
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. bourbon
1 c. rum
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 qt. commercial eggnog

Add sugar, then liquor to egg yolks. Fold in egg whites and whipped cream. Add egg nog, gently mixing. Garnish with nutmeg.
