BUTTERY STRAWBERRY SAUCE 
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 stick butter (4 tsp.)
1 pt. strawberries
dash of nutmeg
2 tbsp. vodka (optional)

Cook sugars and water until dissolved. Add butter and cook until melted. Add sliced berries and stir until berries are coated, but not cooked.

Optional: Add vodka and light to serve flaming.
