STRAWBERRY SAUCE 
1 pt. fresh whole strawberries, washed, stemmed and drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. strawberry wine

Mix in medium saucepan all the ingredients together and cook over low heat until thickened, approximately 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Mash berries with a spoon. You may store in refrigerator for several weeks.
