BEEF BAR-B-Q 
3 lb. hamburg
3 lb. lean chuck roast
1 c. chopped onion
14 oz. ketchup
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Use Pam on a roaster. Cut roast into 3 to 4 pieces. Break up raw hamburger over and around roast. Add rest of ingredients. cover, cook at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. When roast is well done, shred apart with fork.
