ITALIAN BEEF BAR-B-Q 
Chuck roast/beer
1 family size ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. onion
2 bay leaves
2 c. water
1 green pepper
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tbsp. thyme
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. oregano
2 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper of choice
Rolls for beef

Salt and pepper beef roast. Add water and all ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees 4 to 5 hours until done. Cool and slice. Serve in large roll.
