BEEF BAR-B-CUE 
3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 drops Tabasco

Cover fresh beef brisket and bake 5 to 6 hours at 300 degrees. Remove and cool. Shred beef and put into sauce made from remaining ingredients. Cook 30 minutes in sauce. Serve over hamburger buns.
