BA CHOPPED BAR-B-CUE 
3 to 5 lbs. pork shoulder
Seasonings - salt & pepper
Red pepper seeds
Vinegar

Oven temperature 325 degrees. After thoroughly washing pork shoulder, season with salt, pepper and a little red pepper. Put in oven, let cook until completely done, or until meat falls off bone. Cut or chop up into fine pieces. Season with vinegar and red pepper seeds. Cook on top of stove, low heat, not to burn. Again as I said, season to your taste.
