3 lbs. pork Approx. 3 lbs. beef Cook until falls apart. 2 sm. cans tomato soup 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) ketchup 2 (16 oz.) jars sweet pickle relish 1 or 2 (12 oz.) jars hot chopped cherry peppers (or hot relish) Cook meat until it falls apart. Separate meat into small pieces. Mix all ingredients. Serve over rolls, in a sandwich or by itself. Great do-ahead meal for larger crowds or parties. |
