BEEF BRISKET BAR-B-Q 
4-5 lb. beef brisket
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf, crumbled

Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake at 325 degrees in oven for 3 hours.
