BEEF BRISKET BAR-B-Q 
3 to 5 lb. brisket
1 jar chili sauce
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 c. beef broth

Place meat in large baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over meat. Bake in 250 degree oven for 3 to 5 hours. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, remove grease from the sauce and the fat from the meat. Heat sauce. Slice meat, in thin slices, at a sharp angle. Pour sauce over meat. May be served like that or you may reheat in microwave for 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
