3 lbs. hamburger
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. onion, chopped fine
Salt to taste

With hands, mix all ingredients together. Simmer over very low heat for 1 hour, stirring often. Cool, can be placed in containers and frozen until needed.
