BEEF BRISKET BAR-B-Q 
4-5 lb. well trimmed beef brisket
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1/4 tsp. pepper

Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Stir together remaining ingredients, pour over meat. Cover tightly, bake in 325 degree oven 3 hours or until done.
