BAR - B - Q BEEF 
Pot roast, pork & beef well done
Salt to taste
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 bottle catsup (sm.)
1 bottle chili sauce
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour (browned)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. jar pickle relish
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 lb. pork roast
3 lb. beef roast

When pot roasts are well done, shred (2 forks to pull apart). Keep in roaster pan and cut in celery, onions, pepper and cabbage. Add salt and remaining ingredients. Place in oven at 350 degrees and let cook until done, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Keep steaming hot and serve on buns.

To brown flour: Put flour in small skillet over medium heat and stir until brown. Be careful not to burn.
