BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. purple onion, chopped fine
12 slices fried bacon, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients for dressing and refrigerate overnight. Mix broccoli, raisins, pecans and onions. Just before serving, pour dressing over and crumble bacon on top.
