BROCCOLI DELIGHT SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
12 slices bacon, fried
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

The night before serving, mix mayonnaise, sugar and apple cider vinegar and refrigerate. Mix broccoli, raisins, pecans, and onions together. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and crumble fried bacon on top.

I'm not sure if this is the recipe I used (there are over 600 of this). I made the recipe and added craisins (dried cranberries) instead of raisins because my husband doesn't like raisins. I thought it was too sweet, even though I cut down on the sugar. Also did not add pecans, but used sunflower seeds. It turned out well. I had been craving this salad for a long time! The biggest change I would make is to cut back on the sugar.
