BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cold water
1 box yellow or butter cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 eggs

Mash bananas and add soda. Mix well. Mix remaining ingredients together well then add banana; mix. Bake at 325 degrees in an extra long pan (loaf) or 2 large loaf pans 10" x 6 x 3" or 4 small loaf pans 7 1/2" x 4" x 2" about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
