CHICKEN - CASHEW NUT CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken, cut in sm. bite sized pieces
1 c. celery, diced in sm pieces
1/2 onion, diced
2 c. (or less) chow mein noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 c. cashew nuts
Pepper and paprika

Place the soup and water in a saucepan. Mix well and heat a little until well blended. Add this to remaining ingredients in large bowl. Mix well and place in a 8 x 8 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
