ZUCCHINI AND TUNA 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded zucchini, drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 can tuna, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill
6 oz. noodles, cooked
Cracker crumbs

In large saucepan melt butter. Stir in zucchini, green peppers, celery and onion; cook until soft. Blend in next 7 ingredients until thickened. Add cooked noodles. Place in 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs. Warm at 325 degrees until heated through. Serves 2 to 3.
