TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna fish
1/2 shredded carrot
1 apple, cored and finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded zucchini
3 tbsp. sliced green onion
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. poppy seeds
whole wheat pita bread

Combine tuna, carrots, zucchini, apple and onions. Mix in mayo, mustard and poppy seeds and toss lightly. Cut pita bread in half to form pocket; fill with tuna mixture and serve.
