TUNA MELTS 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
4 slices whole wheat or white bread, toasted
4 thin slices tomato
4 slices process American cheese food (about 3/4 oz. each)

In small mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion powder, celery seed, pepper and salt. Mix well. Divide and spread mixture evenly on bread slices. Top each sandwich with 1 tomato slice and 1 cheese slice. Place sandwiches on paper towel-lined plate or paper plate. Microwave at Power Level 7 for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating plate 2 times. Yield: 4 sandwiches.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
