TUNA MELTS 
1 small can tuna fish, drained
mustard
Miracle Whip
relish
salt and pepper
black olives, chopped (optional)
sliced American cheese
butter
bread

Mix tuna, mustard, Miracle Whip, relish, salt, pepper and olives to a creamy consistency or to your taste.

Melt a little butter on the griddle and layer 2 slices of bread on it. Brown, turn over, spoon tuna mixture on one slice and add a slice of cheese. Put the brown side of the second piece of bread on the tuna mixture and finish browning both sides.
