TUNA MELT | |
2 (6 oz.) cans Star-Kist solid white or chunk light tuna (in spring water), drained and chunked 1/2 c. mayo (real or light) 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 1/2 tbsp. chopped celery or pickle relish 8 slices bread 4 slices Kraft Singles In mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayo, onion and celery; mix well. Top 4 of the bread slices with 1 cheese slice. Spread tuna mixture over cheese slices and top with remaining bread slices. Spread each sandwich with additional mayo. Place in skillet. Cook on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Makes 4 servings. |
