TUNA MELT SANDWICHES 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
4 slices cheese, Swiss or cheddar
8 slices favorite bread
butter

Combine tuna, celery, mayonnaise, onion, relish, pepper, and garlic salt and blend well. Heat griddle to medium high heat. Butter one side of bread, place on griddle and repeat with 3 more slices. Top each slice of bread with 1/4 of tuna mixture and spread out, then top with cheese slice. Butter one side of remaining bread and place on top of cheese, buttered side up. Grill until golden brown on both sides, or cheese is melted. Remove and cut at a diagonal, serve immediately. Serve with pickles and chips.

Yum!!!! Followed the recipe except I didn't add minced onion or the garlic salt. Turned out great!!
