| CORNED BEEF SANDWICH MELT | |

bread butter sliced corn beef mustard finely minced onion sliced Swiss cheese Thousand Island dressing (optional) Place slices of corned beef on buttered bread slices. Spread with mustard and sprinkle onions over the spread. Top with Swiss cheese then grill until cheese is melted. If you wish, you may serve sandwich with Thousand Island dressing.
