MERRY CHERRY CHEESECAKE BARS 
1/3 c. cold butter
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar

FILLING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. each chopped red & green cherries

Oven 350 degrees. In 1 quart bowl cut butter in chunks. Add sugar and flour, mixing at low speed. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture; press remaining crumb mixture in 8 inch square pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Spread filling over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Continue to bake for 18-20 minutes or until filling is set and top is lightly brown. Store in refrigerator.
