SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. ground meat
5 tsp. quick tenderizing salt
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. smoke liquid
2 tsp. black pepper

Mix and refrigerate 24 hours. Mix after another 24 hours. Then make into 5 long rolls. Bake 8 hours at 150 degrees.
