IMPOSSIBLE HAM SALAD PIE 
5 oz. frozen green peas
1 c. finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 c. milk
1/3 c. salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches.

Rinse peas under running cold water to separate; drain. Spread peas, ham and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.

Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Yield: 6-8 servings.
