LAYERED HAM AND SPINACH SALAD 
6 c. torn spinach
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 oz. boiled ham, julienned
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

In a large clear bowl layer 1/2 of the spinach, the eggs, the ham, the remaining spinach, the onions and peas. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream and spread over top of salad sealing edges. Sprinkle cubed Swiss cheese over top. Chill 24 hours. Just before serving put crumbled bacon on top.
